Efficient 100% online inspection: 4-camera system keeps pace with production cycle, delivering accuracy and coverage far beyond traditional 2-camera setups. Ultra-stable thermal performance: carbon fiber cage integrates sensors and LED targets into a rigid unit with extremely low thermal expansion, ensuring temperature changes do not compromise accuracy. Intelligent data management: every measurement becomes a traceable data stream, directly feeding SPC and trend analysis for reliable quality decision-making.

Robot Product Alignment Measurement

High precision: Staubli robot repeatability ±0.02mm, GT2 displacement sensor resolution 0.1μm, with RPS 6-point alignment keeping CMM measurement deviation stably within 0.20mm. Environmentally durable: GT2 and robot both IP67 rated, suitable for oil, dust and harsh field conditions.
